On 11 February 2026, the Thai–German Cultural Foundation and the German Alumni Association under Royal Patronage (VTD) paid their respects before the royal urn of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother, at the Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall.
On this solemn occasion, both organizations presented monetary contributions in dedication to Her Majesty for royal merit-making purposes. The Thai–German Cultural Foundation donated 30,000 baht, and the German Alumni Association under Royal Patronage (VTD) contributed 20,000 baht.
