On 19 June 2026 at 11:30 a.m., the President, Board Members, and Advisors of the German Alumni Association under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King (VTD), together with representatives of the Hannover Alumni Club, paid a courtesy visit to and extended their congratulations to Mr. Nikorn Soemklang on the occasion of his appointment by Royal Command as Minister of Social Development and Human Security.
During the meeting, both sides had the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences concerning social welfare activities, basic social protection, and humanitarian assistance. The discussion also explored possible avenues for future collaboration in promoting initiatives that contribute to social development and the well-being of society.
